cleaning vinyl flooring

SIL bought a short sale house. The vinyl is terrible.

I tried cleaning the laundry room with S&G, prescrub with whittaker, but I was lifting the vinyl with the turbo. Note, S&G and powermaxx didn't budge it.

What ever they used, I think it needs to be stripped.

Any suggestions?

Try a magic eraser on. An area with a degreaser.

Most likely it has had Mop n Glow, Future or some other consumer product put on it. I would get some stripper and put a little on let sit for a few minuets wipe it off see what happens. The products I mentioned are a bear to remove it will take time. You may want to consider replacing. If you're interested pm me and I'll give you a guys # that can give you fantastic prices on vinyl as low as $5 or $6 a yard.
