I like TOG's Clear Guard SB the most (mainly on grout), works good and has no odor. I also use Stone Pro Ultimate Pro which works well. Looking at Dry Treat for the future.

My testing was applying 2 coats of TOG SB on half of a 18x18 honed (800) travertine, pouring beer, wine, soda, ketchup, lemon juice and veg oil. Same on my grout board. I left the stuff on for maybe 15 minutes, wiped and it didn't penetrate. It obviously penetrated the unsealed sides and staing the grout and the stone.

when applying this sealer, is it sealing the tile itself, the grout, or both?
Is it applied all over like applying protector to carpet?
On ceramic or porcelian tile/grout, just the grout lines. On stone, the tile and the grout lines.

Usually use Stonetech,(really good sealer, kinda pricey, cool bottle that impresses the customers) but I am using Aquamix sealers this month to try them out, I got 10 gallons of the Gold Sealer at a truly good price.
