This is the first part of a series of articles on stone and concrete polishing and restoration that I am writing for Mikey’s Board. These articles are intended to show the various methods of cleaning, polishing and maintaining natural stone and concrete. This first article will focus on diamond polishing of natural stone. crystallizer instead of powder polish?? tisk tisk.....

no i am no, guru...but i do know the "fake look" that crystalllizer does on a floor....

in fact you can see it....see the lights on the top of the pic (the last shiny pic)...
see how they have tails???

not a smooth finish...

vs look at the bathroom wall one...see the crispness in those couple lights....

I agree, but the casino pays those guys by the hour and to try to attempt a pop shine using only diamonds or a combo of diamonds and powders wasn't in the cards for this casino job. (pun intended) The PolishPro Crystalizer from StonePro with an 8000 grit Spinergy diamond pad got the floor acceptably shiny with a lot less mess. Thanks for the input. Rob
