dog dander testing

I was told by a friend of mine that her property mgmt does dander testing on carpets to see if they are really clean. she wants to hire me but they were pushing their favorite cleaner. I use TM HWE with rv 360 he uses von schrader dry foam. WTF? If my cleaning doesn't pass they will hire him and charge her,

double WTF?

Sounds like they are pulling your leg or someting was lost is tranlation through your friend.

All she could do would be to vac each carpet as a test. Which I highly doubt she does.

I don't see any reason why your cleaning shouldn't pass.
It should definitely perform much better than a Von Shrader!

Dog dander testing = Allergic person walks into the room. If they sneeze, the cleaning fails.

Be sure to use good ventilation.

Property management staff are known for being scummy. Most likely it's a woman, and her painter/carpet cleaning boy friend is the cleaner. You won't pass the test no matter what you do. However, it would sure be fun if you could set up a hidden camera and see if they really come to test, and what they actually do.

It might be worth the potential of having to do a free cleaning.
