Has anyone cleaned this product?

See it occasionally, this is the first time a customer has asked me to clean a bunch of it. Their website offers pretty generic cleaning information, just wondering if anyone has put a wand on this stuff?

Its a vinyl product and the grout is usually an epoxy or urethane base so low pressure, moderate heat, light agiation and good chemistry should clean it up.
