That was an astonishing remark! Your remarks raised my self esteem and humble me at the same time. I have had many fine examples in the business, like yourself, and had to weather out the ridiculous along the way too. I started back in the day with Ed York and your dad in 1977 ish. I still continue to work on my own imperfections with a view of adjusting and improving.

Rug Summit should be outstanding. You have an invitation to speak should you come.

Medical Science, Sensitized Individuals, Rugs, and Rug Cleaning: Is There a Connection?

Michael will summarize information from new medical science that helps to explain the size of the pool of sensitized individuals, the basis of the growing industry consensus to recommend hard flooring with rugs for people with allergies and sensitizations, and why marketing programs for rug cleaners should be developed to put them on a quarterly or by yearly cycle of rug cleaning. He will also explain why rug cleaning for sensitized individuals should be completed using a "bath" method rather than other processes which involve floor scrubbers in a pit.
