I have a new part timer tech that is becoming full time this week. I want to give him some tasks to do other than what we do at jobs (which he does a good job at). Other than washing trucks, organizing inside trucks, restocking chems, keeping equipment clean and lint free, what else do you guys do with your techs. I know it may be hard to always enforce these things, but I want to make sure I'm going the right route with this.
