Encapsulating and Protector

Can you apply protector to carpet that was just cleaned with an encapsulating detergent? I figure it would be encapsulated and vacuumed away.

Also, can you speed dry an encap product?

I believe Releaseit has a Soileze product that works with their products. I don't see why not on speed drying, but it's supposed to dry pretty fast.

for protectant i would go with Releasit's Encap Clean followed by Soileze...or Cobb's encap with pro in it.

for fast drying, i find Snap Encap dries the fastest for me.

Several encap products include some protector - including our Encapuclean with Maxim. None of these includes as much protector as would normally be applied when your are spraying protector down as a separate step.

Yes, you can apply protector with encap or directly afterward.

Yes, air movers can be used to speed the drying of encap products. They do need time to penetrate and some dwell time to emulsify oils. So, it is possible to dry them too fast. But that is a rare situation.
