I've just started using video and what I do is either have it on Youtube or better host it on Amazon S3 or most of mine are with screencast.
When you load up the video you have an option to cut and paste the HTML code to embed it on your site. Go into your editor and pop it in the appropriate place. You can look at the code and change a few values relating to size, and formatting.
