We pressure washed it to no avail. Is soda blasting the next step to get this crap off?

Soda would definitely work. You don't even have to blast it if you don't have a soda blaster. You can just spread it around evenly like sweeping compound and let it sit a day or two then sweep it up.

It works pretty good that way, many times as we are spraying structural members above the used soda that falls cleans the floor when we finally go to sweep it up.

Strong acidic tile cleaner and a scrub with a 175 and grit brush?

Ok that pretty bad, yes soda blast it or if its clean you could always use a tinted epoxy to make it more even appearance.

Some soot. Mostly contained in the room that the window busted. The crazy lady moved all of her burned tools/items into her kitchen floor complicating things this morning. We were supposed to clean the tile and grout today. I couldn't tell if the smoke smell was coming from her junk or the house still. People are cray these days.

I told her we'd soda blast the slab. She was like, "naw, we are gonna paint it."

Then I showed her a sewage clean-out that was melted on her house. Told her We need to replace it...."thats ok, it doesn't look too bad."

Tested an area with 100% Venom, scrub, 20 minutes dwell and 1200 PSI with the Turbo. Absolutely nothing happened.

NOTE: Venom is alkaline. Dan had suggested an acid which would be Viper Renew or Peroxibright.

Yup, I was thinking the acidic cleaner would actually etch a thin layer off the concrete. The Venom wouldn't.

eeeeew thats a pretty porous slab a crete there.



Tell em to seal it with blacktop sealer!




That way they track that crap in an you can clean the carpets : )
