Fluctuating pressure guage

Have Solus 500 from US Products. Replaced Unloader valve and flushed with vinegar many times. Only use liquid rinse and deodorizer in machine. Usually locks in at 400 and sometimes only 300. Needle does not always go back down to 0 quickly. Sometimes stays locked in 300 or 500 then when trigged goes to 400 or 300. Any help?

you need to turn the by-pass down to 0 while holding the wand valve open...maybe a couple of times!
Return to pressure while holding the wand valve open!
