Great looking blog Mike. One constructive comment: Tell the customer you can clean under any bed, they don't have to do a thing but if they want to save a little money (or a good way to drop your price if there is resistance) they can prep it for you as you describe. Any "policy" that does not benefit the customer needs to be looked at real hard. If you look at my site in a few months you may see a similar blog
