Thanks John, I appreciate feedback & honesty.

Can you explain why the Rug Sucker did not work for you??

What do you believe was causing you problems??

I try to do everything I can to make things work to the best of their (& my) abilities.

If something does not work for me, I like to persevere until I know the reason why.

Thanks for posting.

The real rug sucker just didn't remove as much water as I would have liked.. I often had to finish up with a wand or the Dry Eze Rover.
The rug sucker was only nice on thin woven rugs where the suction from a wand would have sucked up or grabbed/lifted the rug from the floor. Which can be aggravating.
Others might say the sucker is nice on urine soaked rugs-- but I'd rather suck the urine from the rug though 1 layer of rug as apposed to multiple layers of rug with the rug sucker.
The home made version performed even worse then the real thing.

Do you really want to suck urine past non effected areas of the rug with the rug sucker!?-- I think it would be better not too..
