We do chase storms and rent equipment. In Atlanta a few weeks ago rented about 1000 pieces. 75% of the time they set in a trailer looking good. When they are needed they are ready. Last week had 5 flooded codo's, two floors of a hosipital, and 6000 sq/ft of a flooded school all came in within two days. Very little sleep but on vaction this week. It is a sickness I collect equipment, stop me before I buy again.
