How much if anything do you give your help for jobs he gets?

If yall do the job I would pay your helper 40 percent.

I would be happy to find and clean the job for 35-40 percent of the job ticket; being an employee

Or 10% of the gross ticket....(over their normal%)
If the job is one of their "Buddies"...They clean the job themselves...They can waive
their 30% labor plus the 10% bird-dog bonus..."That is 40% off.!!!!"
That "ONLY" happens when there is a "chick" involved... :wink:

I used to let them clean their own or families when they needed it...without going overboard.
I would even let them do a job they got and they could keep whatever...It just wasn't going to happen on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Okay - what if you had a guy out pounding the pavement.... building referral sources and things of that nature on his own time. You wouldnt give him atleast 35-40 percent of the jobs he created by his efforts ?
