I was chatting to one of my Property Managers yesterday who gives us a fair amount of work. He and the other Property Managers are ignoring their bosses instructions.

He said this other CC Company is being recommended to them by the owners of the Real Estate Company because they have gone overseas for their training and promote themselves as the best carpet cleaners in Australia.

They offer specialist stain removal and spot dyeing to remove permanent stains.

I can offer both.

Has anyone come across a CC company that promote themselves as the best in the Country?

I am considering challenging them to a clean off for $100,000. My winnings will go to Charity.

It irritated me a little that someone who has been in the business for 10 minutes is - and some gullible people appear to be believing him.

But maybe it is my imagination that he might have some effect on my business.

I am very very busy.

Oh and sure. Shorty and Grant are both fantastic operators and I would never disrespect either of them.

It's all just marketing. We have had many operators claiming to be the best, the largest, most environmentally friendly, etc. Some people believe it, most need to be shown. Never affects my business as there is always a next "best one" just around the corner. I never worry about it because I know that I am better than the best.
