You have to consider what's needed to turn your pump. It's not just whats needed for the blower. The correctly sized engine will last longer. Air cooled motors need to turn near their max for air flow to keep them cool.

I'm think I might get the 30hp Kohler tomorrow. It's $2500 out the door and they are the warranty center too.
