leather cleaning

Lady called and has a stain on her leather couch. I have never done stain removal..just basic fake buffing and waxing on leather upholstery. I would love to learn how to clean it properly..so, what do I do. The classes are very few and far between.

I've been trying to track down any books, videos, seminars, anything on the subject of leather cleaning. Found all kinds of cleaning products, stain removers, protector but nothing the subject of actual training or what/how to do it without screwing it up.

I've seen some names mentioned here in old threads as "leather restoration gods and gurus". I sent them private messages asking for some help... never got a response from them.

Kinda bummed me.

If you can, shoot me pm if you find anything, I'll do the same.
