I have a job on for Wednesday with some super fancy orange marble counters in the master bath.
around the fixtures and some other random areas a thick white crust has developed that REALLY stands out.
They don't want to pay to have Albert polish them so I'm going to try the Stone Scrub.
I'm afraid those black hogs hair pads you sent will scratch this marble so what pad color would you recommend?

You should be O.K. with those Mike but if you uncomfortable use a regular hogs hair or white pad. If the build up is really bad let the Stone Scrub dwell.

Take off thick crust first with a single edge razor blade.

You did. On May 16th. I emailed you the paper work and sent it out UPS. Did you not receive it? If not I will send another. I hate UPS.
