....type of requests as we see carpets being hated on.

What do you normally do and charge for such vinyl floors?

I did a little test area with some leftover Powermax and ran the 10crb over it. Wiped up the slop with a wet microfiber and called it good.

This will be an absolute money printing business. Quick and easy and the average homeowner doesn't have the ability to scrape out the billions of tiny grooves.

I also just did a job last night on laminate flooring... livingroom dining room kitchen...didn't scrub with crb. Only rand the RVxl pad driver with pads and then wiped it up with microfiber. $200bucks for an hour. good thing they weren't there.

Maybe we won't miss carpets too much

Most of those will be able to just be mopped and then rinsed with our new super vinyl Devastator extraction wand

I believe you and I understand why you say that.

But if I don't even have to set up hoses, truckmounts, porties- it's even better.

I've done many vinyl and laminate floors by prespraying, scrubbing with rvxl with red pad, then rinsing with sx12 at about 500. Then put Studebaker on it.

I do it in closet first. Have never had a joint swelling issue. I was surprised how well it worked the first time. I wouldn't feel right just using a microfiber pad. No offense.

It's a military housing contract for 110 units.
Prices dont reflect what a one time cleaning should be

Does what I did there look any harder than cleaning dirty carpet?

will it wick back or brown out?
will it smell like wet dog the next day?
will it take 48 hours to dry?
will it dry stiff or sticky?

in other words, charge your carpet rates and feel real good about it.
