the results look good but to me it looks too much like what the home owner can do themselves (gotta put on a show)

I break out the 175 and spray buff away on lightly soiled wood with a white or red pad.

Or mop on a neutral and scrub with a red/green pad, flat mop again and run a brush on the 175 for heavier soiling. And yep edges with old floor pads cut to fit flat mop

Most people lazy enough to pay to have their wood cleaned, are not home when the low life janitor is around.

I usually use a HS wand but this floor has big ol gaps in between the slats

I think if they did see you doing it they might not be impressed and wonder why they paid 75 cents/sq ft lol

youll have your customers buying bona mops the next day lol, seemed to work well tho with those pads

good question, because I want my customers to see the product that they can get local and keep their floors cleaner between restorative cleanings. the amount I use is small.

full disclosure I use this https://www.amazon.com/Bona-Professional-Hardwood-Concentrate-Formally/dp/B00CBYAAL2?th=1
and at the same time keep a RTU jug from home depot on board. When you mix from concentrate it's the same color as the RTU
from the store, just a whole lot cheaper $4/gal vs $20ish/gal. I like to hammer home with customers who don't know sh.. about
keeping their flooring clean. This way I can point to the jug, point to the store and they've got no excuses. About half of them
listen to me.

Why Bona?

it's no different than the neutral cleaner that your local janitorial sells and is waaaaaaaaay cheaper. $10 for 144 gallons of RTU
I got a cleaner for $30 a gallon dilute 2 oz to a gallon. Nyco brand. Trying an environment friendly bathroom cleaner too that's $36 for 6 quarts.
