July has been a complete whirlwind. This past 3 days I have been doing a 2 man schedule with little ole and (old) me. Had this lady for first time customer today and what a delight! She requested Scotchgard and (I didn't re-stock the truck after 2nd solo day) I only had enough to do 2 rooms so I had to go back to shop to pick up some more. I guess I need to get kickin on that checklist.
You know how you get antsy to get going when they get to talkin? Well, after afew minutes I just said what the heck and listened intently as she talked and this led to this video testimony. I just love the folks you run into out there on a daily basis. And the other great positive about this occupation is getting told several times a day what a great job you did, unlike in my former life where it was rare indeed to get an at-a-boy!
