Today I cleaned and sealed some ceramic tile and grout in custy bathroom. Custy ask me to look at his kitchen floor (he discribed as Mexican Tile)and wanted a bid to clean and seal. I will post some pictures, hopefully you will be able to see enough to offer some suggestions. I believe it is Terracoatta with probably several coats of wax or sealer. Since all of my experience is with procelin and ceramic I didn't want to bid/tackle this until I talked with you guys.
Can I strip with same stuff I use for VCT and 175? Then what sealer would you suggest for tile and grout?
Also, on pricing I figured $1.00 psf to strip/clean and depending on the sealer probably another buck psf
