Well after taking the Vortex out for a couple jobs yesterday I realized after missing the suck from The Beast that I had to replace my PC 650 gaskets today. Couldn't find my Acetone (MichAel) when I first started so I used old fashion scrub my ass off on the filter lid. Then I decided to go get the Acetone and sharp putty knife...easy peASey after that.
Steps: scrap off the old gasket, then wire brush the remaining down to adhesive, acetone the shit out of it and then scrap again with sharp putty knife. Then acetone and wire brush again. Then Thoroughly clean then rub
her down good with alcohol. Let dry
Apply Bostic 1100 FS and put new gaskets on
