O2 vs urine spot

I didn't think these old urine spots would come off this wool berber.
I presprayed O2 only, using an inline sprayer, about 16-20oz O2 (I glugged into an already used batch) in 11 qt spraymaster jug, at 9:1 mix (yellow tip)

don't know if they stayed away when dried.
Looked really good after cleaning, the holed glide leaves it pretty dry.

Most soils will go to the back on a berber, but even that would have surprised me, urine usually doesn't do that.

I do have a couple of questions, just asking not being argumentative in any way.

How do you know it was urine? Do you know how long it was there?
How do you know if it was wool fiber?

however many quarts the bigger jug holds vs the smaller hydroforce jugI should have burn tested the carpet, the fibres came off like a wool.  My bad.  I have to go back so I'll burn test.It was obviously urine, plus the owner told me her dog made the spots.  Been there at least a year or more. 
Didn't say it completely removed the spots but it surprised me as to just how well they came off. Esp with just the prespray. Doesn't happen like that every time.
