When describing your company and services in mailings, and knowing full well that YOU are IT, how do you address yourself? Do you say "WE...OUR SERVICES" or "I...MY SERVICES"?

If you use the "WE", please explain.

Letter talking about you and your crew?

I state "I" when addressing a personal correspondence, like an introductory or thank you letter.

I state "we" when talking about our company and crews.

The words we always make a person feel more comfortable and it makes your company seem larger than it is, even if it's just a two person setup. I always stress family owned and operated. Also locally owned.
