Hand Washing.........bet they'd never machine wash that Rug.

they also spent up to 6 months perfecting the cleaning process, using minimal chemistry and developing their own cleaning detergent just for this rug. Then the platform was used so they could be suspended above the rug and work the cleaning detergent in by hand with sponges working little bit by little bit.
