Several times I've broke out the rotovac after scrubbing with the wand. It pulls more crap out of the carpet than you can imagine. It brings your cleaning to a new level even if you don't want to admit it. Any tech that won't use it when needed is more worried about speed than quality. You can take that to the bank.
