A customer to whom image is everything asked that I get him red vacuum hose to go with the red CDS we installed for him last week.

Jeff got me the hose I needed for his unit days before pick up, and it looks great with the machine.

No delays, no drama, just great service.

We made some last minute layout changes for the customer, so I'm asking him to send them to me later.
