Rotary Speed

I was wondering if or how much of a difference is there when you use a faster rotary such as a slow speed RX compared to the newer higher speed RX of HOSS 700.

I have a slow speed RX and it does good but I was thinking that some of these restaurants jobs could go faster if the speed can help cut the dirt along with the chemical

Maybe SS can let me borrow a HOSS to try out for a couple weeks.
