A friend of mine has the stair head for his. He has never used it.

Tread only? The bullnose is the most critical part. Clean the riser & tread but not pay enough attention to the bullnose and you'll get a call back.

Blood..lots and lots of blood throughout the unit. Customer was drinking and went to bed but not before tripping and hitting his head on the night stand.

He'd still tried to go to sleep in his bed. After a couple minutes he turned on the lights and freaked out. Called 911 and ran like a mad man through his unit dripping blood every where...

I just use the 360i RV for stairs. Works great.

I used prochem ultrapac spiked with flex citrus for prespray and rinsed with chemspec formula 90 powder.

I am a little puzzled you use three different brands like that but it looks like it worked fine.

I have been experimenting with more chemicals lately. I used to stick more to one brand (Steam Way) but have been taking advantage of some super sales events at Clean Hub and Proline.

BTW, I noticed most of the pictures in this thread do not have the carpet groomed to remove swirls. Sometimes after grooming out the swirls you can see an area that may need a little more attention. Do you leave the swirls or eventually groom?

This carpet was last one of the day...and on a Friday and we walked in and said...it is TRASHED....not sure how this will turn out! Take note of the sand and soil in first video as we were doing our prevac....

Came out well....

Realty company advertised it as new Carpet in Living room now....LOL....
