I got this rug in the customer tried to remove a spot and messed the pile up.

How do you fix this?

She said she just use a hose to try to flush the spot out and the pile got weird on her.

Have her "fix it" by putting a piece of furniture over it.:dejection:;)

And tell her to call you 1st next time.. No more DIY for her.

Looks to be olefin from my phone..

Same here. Those type rugs are not worth putting any real money into them because they are bird rugs. You know, cheap cheap...

I'd just clean over it with a truck mount and the heat turned up and use a standard grooming brush to set the nap back down.

That's why birds fly upside down over those rugs, cuz they're not worth shitting on.........

You guys are savages.
Lisa W. would have brought that precious heirloom to be personally and lovingly restored in her plant.

Naturally at a cost of 4 times the value of the rug + a new fantastic pad to help preserve it for posterity.
Some guys just do not have any appreciation for the finer things in life.
