Rx 20 he - whats wrong with it?

I bought one of these a while ago for commercial carpet. It doesnt seem to clean as deeply as the older model if the pressure is set the same. But if you crank it up a bit it seems to do pretty well. I like better than the 360i for commercial. Way faster.

Also seems to dry commercial carpet fairly well, but honestly I've only used it a
dozen times or so.

What are its weaknesses? Does it need a glide or any mods for residential.

I think it all has to do with dry passes. And there are a lot of guys using the rx on residential.

my RX has 80015 jets on it and the bolt on type glides....and it does a good job on all carpet...
I run it at about 350 to 400 PSI.....you want to use the short extenders on it so you get a nice even spray pattern....

but in all honesty.......(and I never thought I would say this).....but being a avid RX user I never thought I would see a machine ever take its place...but the Hoss 700 does a way better job......on all types of carpet.....
