I've been slammed with college apartments for the last couple weeks. Today I have 7 apartments and tomorrow I'll probably do 12.

I transition into a carpet hack of the college town variety, and rely on my prespray to do the work.

What prespray could handle the college mess??

It's the same that goes into Mrs. Piffs home. Saiger Sauce Free and Clear.

Handles tile as well as any of the other carpet presprays I've used also.

I sympathize buddy Have to hit. 36-40 unit per day average for the next couple weeks. Not counting janitorial crews doing the cleaning before carpets. You do lean on the prespray more.

For college turns, you need a prespray with a quantity of several additives . . .

Our PowerMax approach:

1. Lots of Oxidizer for all the colored stains and alcohol odors.

2. Solvents for solubilizing the grease & oil stains.

3. Enzymes for the occasional food fights.

Dang Larry! you chem salespeople are vicious at bombing a thread about your competitor's product. But while your attention is on here, what can I add to my powermax on olefin or polyester carpet?

PowerMax is good. But there's a reason Enzall is almost 300 bucks a pail
