Drooled*
Before any of you run out and buy a
370 to clean Chinese restaurants in high rises, bow down to
Saiger.
He nailed it.
I hooked to a commercial kitchen's hot water faucet.
I've don't thata few times with different truck in the past and never had an issue.
But the
370's thermo valve couldn't take the constant 240-180 and was releasing water from the exchanger back the the waste tank to the point that I had to dump every half hour or so.
The valve is actually activated by a wax core that releases a seal when it hits a certain temp. I was worried that I may have ruined it. Worked fine the next day.
I've cleaned that carpet enough ties now to know that that extra 40 to 50 degrees was really helping.
Good juice and the brush head was all it really needed.
