SM has alot of good, I couldn't pull the trigger though because they don't have a viable option for keeping both your lead and customer database under one roof. I wanted a system that would take a prospect from lead to customer to follow up without every any double entry...

The customer factor gives you that option Kipp.

I'm probably looking at this differently than Skip, but I can keep up with my "leads" by designating the person as a Prospect.

One part is the ability to pull leads in from forms on your site and others directly into database vs having to manually enter


The customer factor gives you that option Kipp.

I loaded it up, I like what I see so far...missing a few frills but has all the nuts and bolts it seems

Yes, I agree. Really slow.

Now, how would I handle this if I had phones ringing off the hook like some of you guys do? I hear Full Circle no longer recommends SM ... may be this is why?
