Keno and the technical staff over there at drieaz know there stuff. He took the time to walk me through a fix on reoccurring issues on some of my 2800i's. I explained the symptoms and he told me what and how to fix it right on the phone as well as gave me some preventive maintanance procedures to go through to make sure it didn't happen again. I performed the repair in the field for free.
