Shout Out To Mikey's Board and Rotovac Corp

I got my new toys. Had a chance to just try a few things out.

Really honoured to be in such high esteem with both Mikey and Rotovac

I have a few Rotovac gadgets to try out. A ShearDry, New type hard floor brush Heath (softer bristle) and a 7" stair /problem solver head.

This of course and a brand new 360i

I am super stoked.

There were a few issues along the way. The difficulties with the time zones I guess was the largest.

Mikey really went out of his way to help make contact. And Nick at Rotovac did an amazing job of giving me great customer service.

Spent over an hour talking with Nick and he gave me some great feedback, ideas and fixed me up with the right tools.

I learnt something about business and I can make mine better. When things go wrong abs people step up and help out, in engenders trust, respect and loyalty cash alone finds elusive.

Got a few glides to fit to my carpet heads. And a few spares to keep everything working.

Just killer.

They had to ship me two different machines before I got one that worked. Not their fault. Things happen, but I was totally impressed with how they stepped up and handled things properly.
