Jim we have cleaned this before.

Initally we used HWE, while it was probably cleaner, it looked really bad.

So we switched to encap, we will also OP it.

It's had many different products (Releasit, Hot Knife, Pad Cap Pro, Chemisters and others) on it since it gets so much traffic it gets dirty and we clean it 3-4 times and year, it's a good testing ground.

more sq ft per hour? now we are getting a little exaggerative

it wont clean faster. but if your machine is a little "beat up", it might push a lot easier....as mine does now.

pushing faster doesn't = cleaning faster.

if that were true, i could run with mine and clean faster than a slow walk....not true.
