Do you only give them away to your customers or do you drop them off with a business card to your commercial customers?

if you drop them off as part of a gift package to a hopeful customer what all do you put with it? business card? brochure? letter. discount card. etc.. ???

Also do you have any luck selling spotters to customers who have already tried them? or do you give them away even if they arent having their carpet cleaned again for a while..
