Anybody know where I can but these?

Can't find retail store on Google.
Had these on a truck I bought.
Gum Tar Grease is decent stuff.

Those were from a spotting program all its own. You would sell them to customers or use them for your own business to demonstrate their effectiveness. The last time I checked Spotting Solutions website was under construction but you could call them to place an order. Never had much success with their coffee stain remover or the wine stain remover. Their label on those two did not give a warning about needing to wear gloves. They will turn your fingers white from basically a chemical burn. The other three had good success with Gum Tar Grease, General Spotter and the Pet Spot Remover. The General Spotter was marketed as not leaving a residue behind. @Mark Saiger used them and sold them he might no more. Craig Jasper is the one that really marketed them maybe he will know what is up with them.
