John and Nathan are outstanding and I thank you....I had an issue you with a new unit and they went beyond the call of duty and I have a new M12 at my shop today...free freight and a minor chg on the upgrade.

Thanks again, we will be using it tommorrw..:)

Machines represent a considerable investment for anyone and you are entitled to have a trouble free machine. I have a couple "JUNK" PMF wands that I made the mistake of buying by a catalog sale.
