how much is that house in your hood?

$300 in G'ville
$900 in Scruz

no basement slab home
depends which part of the county
low of $65K in WindhamWhitetrash Village
Might get $170 in Aurora and Hudson
Buck-twenty to buck-fiddy elsewhere depending on lot and school system

Few residential builders know how to correctly build them any more. Much more expensive than a slab.
It’s got to be completely regional.

When I was in Charlotte, NC I was shocked that almost none of the homes have basements.

In IA, EVERY home has a basement. Like every one that isn’t a double wide!

Same with Rochester, NY.
