What is wrong with this Marble?

Mom swears that that orange was not there when this install went in..

No signs of iron in the water or rust from any other sources.

The grout has a yellow tinge to it that she say was always there. Can tiles bleed?

In marble, prob from within. Not best marble for wet area
No reasonable fix

Grout. Looks like typical hard water
Try 40 volume HP

The googleman say that is naturally occurring iron deposits within the marble that have oxidized
