Asked what cause the streaks in the carpet they've been living on for four years was..

"Well Mam that right, there is the reason why MOST multi truck companies run two jet wands. You see the majority of carpet cleaning technicians are complete knuckle heads who wouldn't know a clean carpet if it jumped up and bit them in their ofer.

They just go through the motions never paying attention to what is really going on. The last ladwig was using what we in the trades call a "Multi Jet Wand", in this case the Larry Lunch Pail that soaked this carpet used a six jet tool. His whole system was unbalanced and those streaks were the result.

Can I get them out you ask?, sure Mam, I've a very well balanced cleaner..."

Two hour dry times too!...

My 6 jet ti does not.
