What's the weather like in California?

What is your weather like out there?

Should a person plan to wear shorts there or is it too cold? (keep in mind I'm from Northern MN)

Just anticipating it's probably going to be some Jeans weather, maybe some shorts, light coat at times.... Short sleeve shirts (T-shirts) Long sleeve???

Who can give me the info...and then I need to pass it on to my wife (most of you probably know what I Mean)

I am getting ready to start packing this weekend as I am flying out to California on Wednesday!

I never sweat as much as when I visit my relatives in MN during the winter.
They all keep their homes so hot that I need to keep drinking water so I don't get dehydrated or get a heat stroke .

Come and tough it out with us in "cold" rugged California.
