Where to get a replacement exhaust HX?

The exhaust HX on my Power Clean is leaking a little. Any recommendations for where to get a replacement? John's Hot Heat Exchangers used to have a good rep, but I haven't heard anything since John's gone.

Or I might see if a local machine / welding shop can fix it.
