White magic Pro 1900

I have a Sprinter with a White Magic Pro 1900 slide in unit that I just bought and want to get it up and running. Had to replace the starter and alternator on it and want to clean it up a bit before I start it. Does anyone know the proper oil, oil filter and spark plugs that should be used on it? I am told it is a Ford VSG engine but there are no tags on it anywhere. I called Ford and they have no idea what I am talking about.

If there are no tags there should still be stampings to identify.

I don't know what engine is in there. It could be that one but that should help you identify.

I couldnt find anything on the manual about the spark plugs but heres what it says about oil and filter...
