Doesn't help that I use 3 devices to view the board I"m sure But if I don't peek in each room once in a while I find that I'm missing a lot of posts..

If I can't recognise a recent post in the activity stream, I usually jump to a quick look through the main 3-4 rooms that hold most of my interest to ensure I haven't missed anything.
