That's not the best tool for that application. That's a flat surface spinner, and not the safest use either.
Roof spinners have wheels, and are lowered down from the roof's apex with a rope...down...up...move over....down up....a lot safer too.
A lot of guys now prefer "soft washing" roofs by downstreaming ("X-jet" chemical injection attachment) strong solutions of sodium percarb . High GPM professional units are usually needed to get it done in a realistic amount of time.
